Fragrance Oil - Dulce de Leche (clearance)

Sweet, thick condensed milk is heated up to make this ooey, gooey treat. This is a yummy treat that is very popular in Central and South America. 


Unfortunately this fragrance has been discontinued by my supplier so I am unable to reorder.

Performance in CP Soap: no acceleration, no ricing but does discolour medium brown.
Performance in Soy Wax:  Suggested usage rate 8%.  Leave to cure for at least 2 weeks, scent will continue to get stronger for 4 weeks.
Bath Oils, Lotions, Bath Gels: Suggested usage rate 1%
Perfume Oils: Maximum usage rate 25% (as recommended by IFRA)
Phthalate Free: Yes
Flashpoint: 200F (93C)
