I have compiled a list below of the most frequently asked questions.

 


Do you have a retail store?

I do not have a store or show room and all sales must be made through the website or via email. Orders may be collected from my location in Murarrie, Brisbane, but there are no products to see or sniff when you are collecting your order. The area where the stock is stored is not set up for browsing as everything is packed away in boxes. Time constraints would also prohibit browsing and sniffing as I'm usually flat out during the day filling up fragrance oils and packaging up as many orders as I can before I run out of time.

 

Are your fragrances natural?

No, fragrance oils are not natural, they are mostly made up of synthetic aroma compounds. The fragrances do often also contain essential oils or isolates (the nature identical isolate), however if they are present it is only in small quantities. If you want to use natural scents in your products you need to use 'essential oils'. 

 

Are your fragrances vegan and cruelty free?

Yes. None of the fragrance oils contain any animal derived ingredients and they have not been tested on animals and are cruelty free.

 

Do you offer samples or smaller sized bottles?

I'm afraid I no longer offer samples or smaller bottles than the 50ml size. They were phased out as I needed to find a way to decrease my workload in order to continue to be able to process, fill and post orders in a timely manner.

   

Can I pay for my order via credit card over the phone?

Unfortunately I am unable to accept credit card payments over the phone. All credit cards must be processed online through paypal. You do not need to have a paypal account in order to pay with your credit card through paypal. If you do not wish to pay with your credit card online I also accept payment via bank transfer.

 

Do you accept Afterpay?

I would like to be able to offer AfterPay as a payment option but unfortunately the shopping cart system I use (opencart) is not supported by AfterPay at the moment. I am hoping that Afterpay will eventually integrate with opencart but at the moment they are still only compatible with a small number of shopping cart systems and at present they are showing no interest in intergrating with any new shopping cart systems.
As soon as they integrate with my shopping cart system I will definitely be adding it as an option.
 


Do you offer wholesale prices?

I do not offer wholesale prices or have a separate price list for customers with an ABN. Discounts are however available for purchasing items in larger sizes and these price discounts are shown on the website for individual items.



Do you have a contact number so that I can phone you?

I'm afraid I don't offer phone support as I'm usually flat out during the day trying to get orders processed, filled and shipped out as quickly as possible. Please feel free to send through any questions you have via email and I'll get back to you as quickly as possible. I generally answer emails in the evening or early morning. 



I have a coupon but can't find the coupon box?

The coupon box is located in the shopping cart. Your shoppng cart can be viewed by clicking on the link at the top of the website 'shopping cart' or by clicking on 'view cart' in the drop down box showing the items you have placed in your cart.
