Alcohol Free Perfume Base

This is a premix of 75% cyclomethicone and 25% Caprylic / capric triglyceride (fractionated coconut oil).

This mixture offers the following advantages:

• It can be used in an atomiser spray bottle or a roll-on bottle, whatever you prefer. 
• It evaporates faster than fractionated coconut oil alone and is even less oily.
• The addition of the fractionated coconut oil makes it more moisturising.
• The fractionated coconut oil mixed in with the cyclomethicone eliminates any issues with cloudiness and will ensure that your perfume remains clear and the fragrance oil does not separate.
• It has a flashpoint of 170F (77C) so unlike alcohol based perfumes there are no problems with shipping.

How to make a Perfume or body spray: 
Mix in fragrance oil at a dilution depending on the desired strength and recommended usage levels of Fragrance Oil. Common dilution rates are 1 part fragrance oil to 6 parts of the perfume base (14% fragrance load) going up to 1 part fragrance oil to 3 parts perfume base (25% fragrance load).
