Fragrance Oil - Brazilian Bum Bum (type) new formula

Interpretation of the Brazilian fragrance by Sol de Janeiro. Signature notes of salted caramels and pistachio; warm creamy maple notes enhanced with soft fruity and citrus middle notes; ambergris and sandalwood bottom notes.

The supplier I was purchasing this fragrance from sold their business and due to numerous issues with the new owner I made the difficult decision to swap to a new formula from a different supplier (from end of June 2023 onwards).


Performance in CP Soap: No ricing and no acceleration noted, discolours brown. Recommended usage rate 4-5% fragrance load based on weight of soaping oils.
Performance in Soy Wax: good scent throw but needs to cure for at least 14 days. Scent will continue to get stronger for 4 weeks. Suggest using 6-8% fragrance load for candles.
Bath Oils, Lotions, Bath Gels: Suggested usage rate 1-2%
Perfume Oils: Maximum usage rate 25% (as recommended by IFRA)
Flashpoint: 93C (200F)
Phthalate Free:  Yes
Vanillin Content: 6.7%
