Fragrance Oil - Omnia (type)
Interpretation of the 2003 women's fragrance by Bvlgari.

Performance in CP soap: this is a lovely fragrance but it is very subtle in cp soap and there is best saved for melt and pour soap.
Performance in Soy Wax: not yet tested, but it is a soft fragrance so if you only like very strong scents than this is not for you. I recommend curing for at least 2 weeks, preferably 3 weeks for a stronger scent throw.
Perfume Oils: Maximum usage rate 20% (as recommended by IFRA)
Bath Oils, Lotions, Shower Gels: Suggested usage rate 1%
Flashpoint: 200F (93C)
Phthalate Free: Yes
