Welcome to the new website!
Unfortunately there have been large increases in the price of fragrance oils over the past year due to world wide shortages in raw ingredients. Coupled with new shipping restrictions from the USPS and the low value of our Aussie Dollar I have experienced some large increases to the cost of importing fragrance oils from the US. I have absorbed most of the price increases but unfortunately there are some fragrances that have increased in price by such a large amount that I have been left with no choice but to increase the price. If the prices continue to soar I may have to discontinue some fragrances as the prices are becoming too high to stay competitive.
After trading under the name Big Tree Supplies since 2007 I decided it was time to change the business name to better reflect the fact that my main product line is fragrance oils for candle and soap making.
We have been able to import all customers and order history from the old Big Tree Supplies website, however we couldn't transfer the passwords. This means that if you had an account on the old website, the first time you log in on the new website you will need to click on 'password forgotten'. You will then be sent an email containing a link to reset your password. Bigpond is treating the password reset emails as spam so if you have a Bigpond email please email me directly and I will manually issue a temporary password for you. If anyone else experiences any problems and doesn't receive the password reset email if they could also contact me directly I can create a temporary password for you.
